Replaced 2 4" check valves cast iron from inside the wet well. Tested ok. Pump #1 is not pumping because of bad breaker and is not supplying enough power. Cannot locate breaker.

Toilet is malfunctioning in men's and women's room. Recommend new toilet in men's and flush valve in women's bathroom. Men's toilet by itself, rebuilt flush valve. Toilet is cracked at bowl. Women's toilet, on left when you walk in the bathroom, rebuilt flush valve. Sensor is leaking, needs to be replaced. Cable main sewer line via cleanout. Clear blockage and mount 5 feet. Camera line via cleanout found possible collapsed pipe. Hydro scrub with harban jetter approx 80 feet via cleanout. Urinal backed up in men's bathroom. Cabled through men's room urinal and removed urine scale buildup. Now flushing well.

Ran k-60 cable thru city cleanout toward house. Cleared stoppage at 12' out. Ran 30' total. Ran video inspection thru same cleanout. Found root intrusion at 10' from cleanout. Line is pvc and approx. 4' deep at tap. High pressure drain cleaning restoration. Hydro scrubbed mainline from cleanout by sidewalk in towards house and ran bathroom stack, augured water closet.

Cleared obstruction. Found wye fitting slight back fall causing debris to get stuck in pipe. Installation/ repair of drain field. 550 sq. Ft. To 600 sq. Ft. Gravity system drain field with filter. 1050 gal. Tank installed which includes pump out, clean fill, permits and inspections. Crush and back fill install standard 2pc toilet round front. Toilet seat color. Replaced old cast iron flange with new cast iron flange and installed new water supply. Ran snake thru waste arms. Ran 100' of 5/8" cable thru vent. Ran snake thru overflow, stoppage broke off in drain.

Inspected shower are for leaks. Found inside of drain built up with soap deposits block shower pan liner drain. Clear chip build up away and cabled drain. Check valve removed handle stop, turned 1/2 turn to get water on. Needs re-pipe and new valve. Replaced upper and lower elements 4500w with new elements

Cabled floor drains with no relief. Returned with harban jetter to jet lines. Cleared large amounts of grease buildup stuck in lines with harban drain cleaning technologies @2500+ p.s.i.. Pulled large hard chunks of grease from lines. Water leaking downstairs through ceiling. Tub spout diverter leaking behind wall. Diagnostic 14' x 14" hole in dry wall. Made repair to spout diverter on tub.

Company hydro scrubbed complete house drain system from stacks on roof 3 bathrooms. Scrubbed kitchen sink from island vent cleanout system under kitchen sink. Also upgraded 3 water closet in baths to increase flow for sewer to maintain clean. Located sewer line and performed video inspection, drain system, look fine. Laundry jetted complete. Recommend a video inspection. Ran 200' of jetter through c/o beside Laundromat. Cleared line.

Leak in water line in front of home. Expose and made repair to broken/separated section of 3/4" pvc water main, approx 6', from meter with new 3/4" pvc and fitting turn water on. Test for leaks and tested ok. Leak in ceiling. Cost to locate leak in ceiling, cut open dry wall to locate leak. Repaired leak from break in 1/2 copper.

Water main is broken in concrete slab by landscaper. Demo concrete and repaired 3/4 pvc pipe and patched corner. Formed concrete mix and layed concrete between building 69-70 walkway. Remove forms 2 days later. Pulled existing power from inside the lift station pit. Re wired new pumps which were installed by others.

Installation/ repairs of drain field. Install 400 square feet drain field. Price includes sand and permit 5 pallets of sod. Sink drain backup. Cable through drain. Found some grease on cable, no foreign objects. Dumped much water into drain after cable and no stoppage. Water flowing @ cleanout. Isolated toilet stoppage. Cabled through toilet with sink gun.

Replaced old toilet in first stall in women’s restroom. Replaced with gerber 10" ri pressure assisted ada toilet with open front seat. Operates normally and grouted in. Hall bath only, auger with 7/8" cable 60' to clear and pulled back sludge. Tested ok. Replaced fill valve, flapper in Koehler toilet in master bath. Operates fine, no leaks. Replaced stems hot $ cold and seats (customer provided) in hall bath tub and shower valve. Tested ok no leaks.

Adjusted and cleaned out cartridge on Sloan pressure assisted Koehler toilet in unisex bathroom. Tested ok, no leaks dug up and exposed leak in the ground in front of cottage-garage side. Replaced short section of 3/4 pvc pipe with tee 2 couplings and dresser coupling. Brought water back on and tested ok. Removed disposal . Removed knock out pipe for dishwasher drainage. Re-installed unit. Tested ok ran cable thru main clean out to city connection and cleared sewer. Ran camera and found broken section of sewer with severe root intrusion. Needs repair

Commercial services performed: urinal is leaking. Pulled diaphragm and found it in bad condition. Replace diaphragm and anti siphon device for Sloan urinal valve. Sinks and shower are draining slow. Need new garbage disposal. Clear 2 stoppages, sink's and shower's. Install 1/2hp badger garbage disposal. Leak under kitchen sink. Note customer needs price of water softener. Replaced hot and old faucet supply lines. (hot side was leaking)

Water main broke by rood and parking lot. Dug until leak was located. Found 1' pvc was leak at 90 feet down. Repaired 1" pvc. Slab leak in kitchen behind bathroom. Recommend a re-pipe. Demo floor repaired 1/2 manifold and patch concrete. Mls. Ran 20' of cable through c/o in front yard. Also located c/o ran camera through both ways to confirm line is clear.

Multiple problems: repaired 4" cleanout and tee and partial pipe main sewer line due to concrete truck driving over where filling sink hole.
Replaced multiple sprinkler heads and nineties and partial of pipe.
Replaced section of pipe with telescopic coupling for main service of irrigation system.

Unjammed garbage disposal and removed large pieces of metal from disposal .leaking shower valves. 3 handle valve for shower are leaking. Replaced with pp washer less. Tested ok. Replaced Sloan valve on urinal. Everything is working fine now. Although it needs chemical to dissolve sediment for proper drainage.

Toilet not working properly. Need parts for toilets. Repaired 3 Sloan flush mate toilets. Excavate 175 feet x3' of concrete. Jack hammer and cut saw. Hand dug 3 feet in depth to remove 2" to 3" water main. Replaced 175feeth pf 2" -3" water main with schedule 80 pvc test entire system. Backfill to grade, tamp and contact install steel all debris, concrete, pipe. Faucet is dripping. Replaced cartridges on delta and springs, washers also installed 2 shut off valves.

Disconnected lav sinks at master capped water lines and removed tub as requested. No Teflon paste was used on tub shoe which was also glued on 22 degree angle. No primer was used on overflow fittings causing the leak. Recommend a replacement waste and overflow and reinstall tub properly. Also tested shower pan. Tested ok. Auger from vent on 2nd floor. Both vents pulled a lot of grease. Also installed a pipe clamp on broken 2" cast iron waste. Also removed wet ceiling as requested.

Replace men's restroom toilet. Removed old universal. Rundle toilet in men's room. Replaced with Koehler ada compliant white toilet with open front seat. Shimmed toilet to level and grouted in toilet. Repair t and s faucet. Replace other faucet with t and s faucet. Replaced stems and seats for t and s faucet by prep area. Operates fine, no leaks. Replaced old off brand faucet by drink are. Replaced with t and s 8" spread wall mount. Shut down hot water. Replaced hot side angle stop @ new faucet. Ran video inspection through cleanout. Line is cast iron and has root intrusion at two separate locations. Line after breaks has heavy scale buildup.

Pulled toilet found broken flange repair with spanner. Reset toilet.
Recommend rebuild all 3 toilets. Remove water closet and replace wax ring and reset water. Televise and electronically locate of sewer line. Sewer odor in kitchen caused by cracked and broken pipes. Camera through kitchen vent stack 3", revealed cracked and broken vent line. Only able to view top 9' of pipe due to broken pieces lodges in pipe.

Main line stoppage. Cabled out to about 65' and was unable to get the cable further. Pipe needs to be dug up. Possible collapse or extreme scale buildup. Video gave footage of 65'.

Toilet in upstairs associate lounge will not drain. Plunged toilet clear and then paper tested. Ran closet auger through toilet and then continued with more paper test. Seemed to be just excessive paper use that now appears to be fine. If problem continues in near future, I will come back and pull toilet and run cable to clear. The next step would be to camera line to look for bigger problems. Also checked customer bathrooms for other plumbing problems.

Two bathroom groups backed up. Tried running cable down from roof vents but couldn't clear stoppage. Had to pull toilet and run cable down about 80' until stoppage was cleared. Couldn't reset toilet because of cracked toilet flange. Needs repair to fix and set toilet on ground. Cable main through cleanout could not clear. Pressure jet main line through cleanout. Main line is bad. Televise main line. Electronic locating of break in line.

Shower and tub are draining slow. Jetted through stack for the whole stack. Used jetter to complete the job leak under slab leak in vent stack, broken sewer in wall. Leak detection. Repaired vent stack and waste arm. Also repaired trap sewer replacement. 4" cleanout poured concrete walk approximately 30' all grading is completed.

Cable broke off in bathroom waste arm. Camera'd to locate waste arm cable. Could not find from roof vent. Camera charge to locate cable. 1 hour service charge to find cable location. Removed cable from waste arm cable. Replaced section of pipe. Cut out dry wall and remove toilet. As well as rebuilt toilet new wax ring. Once dry wall was completed, returned to reset and rebuilt toilet.

Main line stoppage. Main line is holding water and will need to be jetted.
Cabled main line 6" outside at cleanout. Video inspected line.
Jetting at high pressure of 6" sewer, approx 150-200', 300 gallons of water. Meat department had stopped up track drain. Removed grate that had not been cleared for long time because personnel in meat department were unable to remove grate (need to correct). Cleared out and disposed of all old fat and meat ( aged) and scrubbed lines for track drain and floor drain, where line discharges.

Company ran 300 machine to clear due to water running on floor than scrubbed line from floor drain in kitchen near the soda machine. This floor drain has a c/o lid on it but is trapped.
