Ran jetter several times thru cleanout underneath couch. Video inspected line to make sure line was clear. Line has belly starting at cleanout to approximately 35'. No grease in line. 2 hr. minimum jetter. Run new sewer line for laundry hook-up and tie into existing 6" clay main. Install laundry hook-up, p-trap, and hot/cold supply & hook up.

Cut hole for dryer vent. Cap off old drain and supply lines for old laundry. Found bad thermostatic mixing valves and possibly 24 bad slope mixing valves. Replaced mixing valves, both High and Low. Hot water is restored at 110 degrees for all hand sinks and at 130 degrees at dish washing sinks. Note: Dish sink at bar was piped in on the 110 degree F hand sink line due to a construction error.

Repipe hot and cold for entire home. Pump lift station and pressure washed side to remove all grease build up. Replaced both faucets in the master bathroom with customer supplied Excavate thru concrete slab and tile floor. Repair section of water line, back fill and concrete. Replace tile with customer supplied tile.

Removed old disposer and installed new one. Removed single handle shower valve, head, riser, and spout with diverter and replace with new Delta single handle valve with new diverter and head.

Added extension to tailpiece and refit trap assembly to achieve a tight fit. Advised customer that under sink wash line has back pitch and may need replacement. Cable shower drain

Ran cable down floor drain. After several attempts the clog was cleared. Could see the latex glove(s) at the bottom of the trap. Tried to hook gloves with the cable, but was just shredding gloves.

High pressure drain cleaning restoration. Cleaned both ends of pipe. Reconnected using rain and shine blue glue (waterproof). Let pipe glue set up. Tested with water. Opening fine, no leaks. Removed and disposed of bad sprayer. Installed new T&S Brass Professional Sprayer. Install new stainless steel wall hang hand sink with new faucet. Replace supply lines. Replace waste assembly.

Installed 2-kihler premium power flush, elongated standard height with open front commercial grade toilet seats. Replaced supply lines with steel braided line. Extremely uneven floor required over 1" of grout work. Installed new water rings, johnny bolts, and bolt caps. Flanges are installed 3/4" above floor level and required heavy grout around bowl for support. Replace shutoff with ProPress ball valve.

$90 and one cupler - all 3/4 1 tech with helper Cost to excavate sanitary cast iron pipe from back of building. Expose pipe to replace approximately 4'-6' with sch 40 PVC with clean axcess. Note: Will attempt to make connections @ footing form inside PVC pipe. Also have to tunnel under the condenser and several water lines.

Repaired leak inside wall at shower valve. 1/2" copper line came apart at shower pipe. Cut hole in ceiling 3'x3'. Hauled out debris . Removed old waste arm and installed new one with strainer Main line stoppage. Ran cable up cleanout to flush out debris. Ran video inspection camera up cleanout. Main line seem to be in good shape.

Take down fee: take down and removal of equipment, maintenance and clean up of all worked areas of home Installation/ Repairs of drainfield Install new 333 sq ft of drainfield with equipment fees such as tractor, skid styer, dump truck if needed.

Kitchen sink stoppage. Removed trapbeneath kitchen sink. Cabled through waste arm 75'-100' out. Food build up and grease build up present. Reconnected trap to sink. Ran water or 10 min and no back up.

MLS. Ran k-60 cable through open line @ exterior of home. Ran approx. 75'. Line drains. Ran video inspection. Line is orangeburg pipe. Recommend replacing line.

MLS. Ran k-60 cable through. Ran approx 75', cleared stoppage. Customer declined video inspection. Tested line.Operates normal.If reoccurs will need to video inspect line. Grease trap cleanout. Customer was about 20 minutes late. Grease trap tank also has floor drain and sink line going into the same sink.

Toilet is still not flushing. Camera line to inspect condition. Weak flushing toilet also set on off set. Flange pass restricting flush. Recommend new toilet with power assist flush. 3/4 CPVC drain line snapped off.

Replaced 3/4" brass MIP adapter and 3/4" tee with short length of 3/4 CPVC pipe. Made connection with 3 3/4" couplings. Floor drain is draining slowly. Ran K-60 cable through floor drain. Stoppage @ bottom of trap. Stoppage cleared. Tested with water. Drains fine.

Cabled main line from outside clean out upstream opening blockage approx. 15' upstream. Camera line and is clear and flowing at this time. Cast iron is deteriorated on bottom approx. at kitchen tie in.

Cabled the mainline 75' through the roof vent. Pulled upstairs toilet, cleared blockage and reset toilet. Problem is the result of a belly. Accessed through toilet and vent stacks. Line open and okay. On camera inspection found mold scale build up.

Replaced both hot and cold supply lines under kitchen sink. Cable sanitary opening @ approximately 35'-40' Camera line found break in sanitary @ 35'-40' possibly caused from utilities company Cut pipe above floor pulled down to couple together. Pushed back up and coupled in cabinet. Leak detection

High pressure drain cleaning restoration. Cleared blockage from stream. Loosened debris with cable machine used camera to watch debris and assist with push downstream with water to clear to city tap. Debris appeared to be a piece of tile or other type of construction debris.

Dig down and expose water. Cut out section of pipe with 90 degree, install ball valve and hose bibb for easy access and backfill. Removed shut off stem and replaced with new stem and washer (parts customer supplied). Locate problem out by curb. Dig up and expose problem.

Found 6' clay pipe with top cracked and massive root intrusion. Perform chemical treatment on urinal with Sizzle. Removed and replaced and replaced basket strainer. Removed and replaced tail piece and trap. Removed and replaced basket strainer gasket.

Work performed on prep sink (to the left). Tightened basket strainer nut and trap fittings. Caulked between 2 stainless steel work stations. Work performed on hand wash sink (to the right) 1. Found 3/4" copper supply hot with pin hole leak, , drain down building and replaced with K copper and ball valve, as requested. Tested OK.

2. Also pulled toilet @ sports complex in women's locker room, auger 20' and pulled out paper towels, reset toilet. Tested OK. Cabled through toilet and cleared blockage. Work performed on toilet closest to the urinal. Off brand toilet with slow swirl flush. Recommend new toilet with quote for elongated bowl standard height higher quality pressure assisted toilet installed

Remove bushes and side wall section. Dug down 3'10" to 3/4 copper water main. Replaced section of bad pipe 3'6". Treaded into 1 1/2 water main. Cupler into 3/4 building supply line. Jackhammered side wall out. Will replace. Time for concrete. pick up and pour concrete mix. Propressed pipe back together.

Used chipping hammer to get into slab for repair out broken section of pipe. Propress new ball valve on. Due to bleeding of line, will take 3-4 hours. Had to shut down main water back flow to South side of complex.

Removed toilet in ladies room. Cable line to relieve obstruction. Camera line found approx. 4' cast from pipe rotted out and pitched up at PVC connection causing lines between restrooms to hold water. Electronically located line @ back of building. Cast comes out under edge of building. Out approx. 4'-5' under condenser. Cost to excavate cast back of building approx. 4-5" attempt to gain proper pitch and replace cast iron.

Chipped out hole on ex. st. wall. Installed 3/4 shut off with compression fitting. Patched wall with hydraulic cement. Emergency service call, assessment of damages and placement of equipment. Emergency water extraction: (sq/ft) Large evolution dehumidifier. Santana SX turbo dryer. Equipment discount.

Replace fill valve in the toilet. Replace angle stop for toilet. Replace stems, seats, and handles. Replace overflow assembly and spout. Installation/ Repairs of drainfield Install 500 sq ft drain field gravity system, Price includes permitting and letter of inspection. No sod or electrical

Auger toilet in master bath to clear obstruction. Replaced cartridge in moen faucet in guest bath tub. Cable and televise mainline. Cable main through cleanout. There is a leak under sink. Installed new PVC trap with arm under kitchen sink.

Repipe hot and cold to entire house with CPVC. Install shower valves. Not responsible for drywall or tile. Repaired leaking drain line under lav. sink at p-trap. Closet augered toilet Cut pipe under bathroom lav. and installed drain line. Installed kitchen faucet with sprayer. Installed customer supplied shower head (N/C)

High pressure drain cleaning restoration. Jetted through clean out to toilet. Pulled grease back to clean out. Pushed from clean out to street at city sewer. Ran small jetter hose through roof vents to push out grease, both 1 1/2 and 3", ran big 5/8 hose through 3" vent. Cable the mainline 50 feet through the cleanout.

Hand auger toilet with Ridgid hard auger. Kitchen drain still slow. Inspected line. The line is cleared, pull disposer and inspected problem in disposer. unable to clear. Replaced disposer with like unit. Cabled sewer to city with 3" cutter approx 75.

Ran camera through cleanout. Sewer goes about 50' to 6" clay. Found broken pipe throughout last 20' ( orangeburg pipe) needs to be replaced with PVC pipe.

Break open clock wall behind kitchen to expose stack. 2" snap cut tack in two parts. Replace with PVC SCH 40 2 " with cleanout and sanitee and reconnect to waste for kitchen line. Concrete wall and try to match block pattern. Company is not responsible for painting wall. Jetted out line with Gabe's Jetter.

Hydro scrubbed from clean out as requested, pulled out scale, camera inspected waste and found it in good condition. Also replaced the p traps as requested with acid treatment.

Replaced leaking sloan pressure assisted activator. Left stall. Located leak at Plant Hall, found no plumbing related leaks, other than possible waste. Jetted from roof vent to clear grease build up. Fill time with jetting 1 tech, 1 helper.

Kitchen sink charge Video inspection Fix with new 2" glue trap 2" cupler and short piece 2" SHC 40 - strap to 2x4. 1 tech with helper. 1.5 Had to cut out some of 2x4 for proper pitch. Repaired 2" line inside wall behind urinals.

Jetted approx. 400 gallons out. Approx. 400' hose broke. Dispatched 2nd tech with jetter out approx. 7:00pm . Jetted line, cleared blockage @ approx. 425'. Camera main line center device approx. 200'. Has separations and grease build-up throughout. Will need to install 2nd clean out downstream.

Cable two units # 3 and 182. Cabled through both vent stacks on both units. Cleared both about 40' unit 3, unit 182 about 25'. Push both out approx 60'-70'. Toilet stoppage. Pulled toilet in hall bath. Ran closet auger through bottom of toilet. Pulled out toilet paper holder. Reset toilet. Flushes fine.

Inspection of storm water system by engineer and stamp of approval. There are no sign off sheets due to the fact that no Drain Doctor employee ever made a site visit. Kitchen sink stoppage. Plunged kitchen sink and cleared potato stoppage. Checked everything looks good.

Ran K-60 cable through VTR. Ran 105'. Had to make several passes before clearing stoppage. Ran video inspection. Line under house is cast iron. Only able to run camera 55'. Will need to install cleanout @ house. Replaced 5 Moen 1225 B cartridges. 2 in math bath lavs and 1 master bath shower. 1 in hall bath lav. 1 hall bath shower. Toilet stoppage.
