Auger toilet and cable main line from outside cleanout upstream pulling out towels and debris. Also hitting hand out towels obstruction were sanitary causes out of house unable to get camera through line. Line needs to be excavated and repaired. Televise kitchen sink through trap. Electronic locate 2" kitchen waste line.

2" waste line approx in length is cast iron and has major deteviation and several holes in pipe. Televise and record 4 " sanitary line from cleanout in to obstruction. Electronic locate 4 " sanitary line into house. Remove water closet video inspect and record to electronic locate 4' sanitary line from water closet.

Install teo 2HP sewage injector pump (Ebara). One year manufacture warranty. Comes with two check valves. Includes pump out on 3/14-3/15. And diagnostic work pulling pump Cut out bad broken pipe 3/4 copper and propress cap on to stop water. Hard to shut off south side complex to make connection. Installation/ Repairs of drainfield.

Install new field drains 500 to 600 square feet. Everything in the home is clogged, except for front bathroom connected by a wye fitting. Opened cleanout.

Inspected up the line about 24' until I found stoppage. Baby wipes build up in one spot. Ran cable up line to point of stoppage. Clearing stoppage and continuing to cable up line to make sure line was cleared.

Right sink on triple compartment sink is clogged and faucet wont stop.Was not specified whether is was top floor Starbuck or bottom floor starbucks having problem.

Took some time to determine where the problem actually was. Unclogged sink plunger. Took apart valve sprayer and tried to repair. Activator valve for sprayer is stuck in the on position. Will come back in future with new sprayer and install on to faucet. Shower drain is draining slowly.

Took off drain cover plate. Ran cable down through shower p-trap and continued out 15.' Pulled back cable and flushed with hot water. Ran shower head full blast directly down shower drain and it drained fast. Ran cable down 2 vent stacks from roof top.

Cabled out 100' on both vents. Pulled cable back out. Nothing came back on cable. Augered Toilet and was unsuccessful. Installed a new Crane toilet with seat, wax ring, and toilet bolts. Replaced cups and springs in Delta kitchen faucet. Operates fine. able the main line 50' through the closet flange. Put camera in line, line is clear.

Cleaned out p-trap and drains under sink. Cabled from roof vent. Cleared at 60' from roof vent. Kitchen sink stoppage. Cabled from roof vent cleared at 70' from ground. 104's of grease build up. Will need to jet for permanent results.

Cable the main line 50 feet through the roof vent. Cabled through toilet 20 feet major. Leak under sink. Replaced kitchen faucet, customer supplied faucet. Replaced cartridge for price of shower valve.

Cabled thru main line via master bath toilet after removing toilet. Pulled back extremely heavy roots. Camera in line revealed 20' (approximately) holding water. Root intrusion visible throughout for 10'-20' of pipe near exit under building.

Replaced 25' of sewer to 4" sch. 40 pvc, wye fittings, several 45's and misc. fittings. Installed cleanout at rear of home. 10 year warranty on all pipes and fittings installed. Not responsible for remaining system. Install new flush valve on first urinal. Rebuild flush valve and install new handle for second urinal.

Install new faucet in women's bathroom. Rebuild hot on T&S faucets in kitchen. Ran drill thru urinals. Flush valve, flush valve handle rebuild kit, barrels washers for kit faucets, and new faucet (materials)

Clean drains. Jetted main line straight thru entire kitchen and out to grease trap to clear large debris. Used Gabe's small mini jetter to jet out all branch lines from dishwasher outlet & floor clear out. The water is not hot enough. Turned up water temperature due to health inspector. Removed leonard mixer tee from sink. 1/2" CPVC pipe broken.

Cut out small square of dry wall. Installed new 1/2" CPVC 90 and 2" length of pipe. New angle stop shut off valve. Also changed out two fill valves. Also one flapper. Toilet supply hose and shut off angle stop leaking.

Turned off water to home. Removed and disposed of bad supply hose as well as shut off angle stop. Installed new 1/4 turn shut off angle stop and stainless steel supply hose. Turned water back on to home. Branch line stoppage. Ran cable down shower drain about 40' to 50' clearing stoppage. Flushed with water and cable out debris. Plunged stoppage away. Poured chemical treatment down to loose up grease and debris.

Ran cable bent stack clearing stoppage. Ran video inspection through main line and found stoppage was right before the entrance of the septic tank. Floor drain in concrete basin for laundry machine drainage is clogged.

Floor drain is behind machines and blocked access by laundry sink station. Removed screws from sink legs and took off supply hoses as well as p-trap. Moved sink out of way. Ran cable machine through floor drain hitting stoppage at about 15'. Continued to run cable another 75' to make sure it was properly cabled. Ran water down drain to flush away loose debris. Installed sink back in its place and reconnected supply hose as well as p-trap.

Sink backed up. Pulled apart pop up and pulled hair out. Cable the main line 25 ft through the closet flange. Line needs to be camerad. Possible break in line. Problem will reoccur. Had a major problem getting cable in line. Camerad line and had major problems. Need to record.

Cabled the main line 30 feet through the cleanout, found in line. No show. No one was at the residence and no one answered the message I left on the emergency answering machine. Main line back up. Cabled main line 50 feet through the roof vent. Cabled through toilet with rigid hand gun.

Replaced fill valve and flapper on toilet. Removed old heater from shelf and hauled away. Installed new low boy water heater. Pull and reset with new wax ring and bolts. Cable main line via closet flange and clear blockage @ about 80 feet and pulled back tampons.

Camera line via closet flange. Found 20 feet belly in line, 70-90 feet from closet flange. Install customer supplied toilet. Repair flange on both sides with flange repair kit.

Install new supply line. Repair 1/2 poly split under tub through access behind tub. Repair 3/4 PVC line for irrigation with valve box. Replace Moen Lav faucet in master bath. Pull and reset Moen lav faucet and replace putty. MLS. Recommend a sewer repair.

Ran 100' of 7/8 cable through c/o towards tap cleared stoppage. Ran camera and saw 4" PVC sewer was collapse. Cut concrete repair sewer from driveway to tap and patch concrete. MLS. Recommend high pressure drain restoration. Ran cable 70' of 7/8 cable VTR and cleared stoppage. Install a new angle stop.

Company trouble shoot main line stoppage. Line major grease existing pipe with sludge. Recommend hydro jet the main line and fund that jetter exited pipe through break in sewer. Had to jack hammer concrete to repair break and patch concrete complete system was jetted out towards sewer line and in towards building removing all sludge from wall of pipe.

Hydro jet main sewer line via cleanout under building pulled out excessive grease clear blockage. Jetting from roof vent. Camera line and all is clear.

The blockage was as a result of grease build up along with food and foreign object. Ran 20' of 3" drain line into 6" main sewer. Put a 2 way clean out at a connection of laundry mat. 6"sewer approx. 5' in depth 3" drain starting at 1' depth to 5'.

Disconnected water softener, pulled from wall. Cut back inlet and outlet water line on exterior of building. Dug back dirt to bury connection. Used 3/4" PVC to reconnect lines. Leak at shower valve. Removed existing and replaced with new second tub sport. Shower valve is not mounted so tub spout has some movement.

Recommend putting access panel to secure fixture. Replaced valve seats and spring in shower valve. Leak under sink. Tighten fitting on garbage disposal. Replaced fill valve and flush water activator in toilet in master bath. Leak under toilet. Pull and reset toilet.

Ran 30' of 7/8 cable through flange. Camera line to confirm line is clear MLS. Ran 60' of 7/8 cable through c/o towards cleared stoppage. Install two fill valves and supply lines.

Women's room: Pulled toilet, cleared with cable machine. Reset 1 wax ring and caulked. Adjusted water level in tank.

Men's Room: Adjusted water level and tightened up loose toilet seat. 1/2 copper sweet slip couplers 4. 1 shark bite Returned the next day to make sure that all was functioning appropriately. Pressure tank is leaking. Seal and tighten fitting bottom of pressure tank. Clear kitchen sink line through trap. Clear debris from disposer.

MLS. Ran 40' of 7/8 cable through c/o towards house, was unsuccessful. Ran 40 of 7/8 cable through VTR and finally cleared the stoppage. Ran camera and saw frog in line, pushed frog out. GD is not working. Hit reset button.

Remove water closet, clear and televise main line. Electronic locate of break in line. Excavate and install cleanout at break. Pump out for septic system. Jetted from roof vent to clear food blockage in kitchen sink. Cleared with jetter. Ran video camera found no obstruction left. Found grease build up.

Pulled toilet in master bath. Cabled through main line and removed several paper towels. Camera of line revealed heavy scale build up. Flange broken on side. Replace p trap and relieved pressure off of drain pipe to new cabinet installation.

Cut off area of leak on water line and installed 1/2" shark bite cap and restored service to water system. Cabled mainline with Spartan 100 machine. Could not clear. Ran 1200 PSI with mini jetter 100' out several runs. Lines was video inspected and saw numerous areas that hold large amounts of hair and chemical build up.

Jetted out laundry line from out 100' with 1200 PSI. Cleared residue and any stoppages. Ran out main line with flush jet. To be sure, video inspected line and found large amounts of roots and holes in pipe need to be replaced belly in mainline as well.

Isolated toilet stoppage. Cleared blockage and test flushes with paper. All cleared. Bio treatment. Removed urinal and cables line.

Also attempted to auger urinal and could not get auger through solid stoppage. Took urinal to chop soak in solution to break up blockage. Replaced both flush valves on urinal in mens room. Toilet flooding. Rebuild toilet fill valve tank seal. Angle stop and supply line. Snake floor drain

Proposal to provide labor, equipment, and materials to re-line 6.0 inch. clay sewer pipe in the location shown on attached print. Includes cleanout installations where required, parking lot restoration local to area of excavation only, video inspection with tape upon completion, and a ten year warranty. Warranty covers root intrusions, cracks, breaks, and installation defects under normal use and conditions. While outside, we are also going to attempt locating parking lot manholes and exposing them.

Replaced hot water heater and installed 40 gal. State. Used pro-press connections, two 90's, one tee, and 1 3/4" shut off valve.

Main line stoppage. Pulled toilet and cabled through line to clear stoppage. Camera inspection revealed broken pipe at approx. 65'. Excavated trench to expose pipe. Removed the bad section of pipe and disposed of off site. Installed new Sch. 40 PVC. Compact soil and bed pipe. Back fill with compact throughout. Rake to grade/grass ready. Reset toilet.

Re-hooked two strainers, garbage disposal, traps, kitchen faucet, and discharge for dishwasher. All owner supplied. Disconnected old leaking copper supply line and replaced with new 60" braided steel hose. Isolated toilet stoppage. Cleared isolated toilet stoppage with water closet auger.

Video inspected two mainlines on building G and building H. Building G has roots in line and possible area where pipe is becoming detached. 20' of service. Building H has numerous points where roots are growing and top of pipe is caving in at 56' numerous bellies. Need to have entire pipe replaced ASAP. Will not withstand use on a day to day basis.

Drinking fountain drain clogged. Other plumbing company was called and already there two days ago. Nobody told manager. Charged service call.

Install underground plumbing for toilet lav., two condensation lines, and all 3 stacks with insulation and tied into the existing 4" cast iron below the floor, insulated all waste pipe. Also installed copper water lines for toilet and lav. Tested ok with installed ball valve.

INSPECTED DRAIN SYSTEM IN SHOWER, ATTEMPTED TO CLEAR DRAIN WITH CABLE MACHINE AND PRESSURE JET, UNABLE TO OPEN. TRAP HAS SOLID BLOCKAGE PASS CONCRETE DEBRIS OR GROTE FROM TRAP. 2 HRS.

Install new shut off for icemaker with new steel braided supply line. Kitchen sink stoppage. Cabled from roof vent and cleared kitchen sink stoppage. Checked inside and found that garbage disposal was not working. Ran camera and line was clear.

3" galvanized nipple had a hairline crack in the bottom. Drained heater, removed compression fitting, check valve, and water drain spigot. Removed 3" galvanized nipple and replaced with new. Re-installed the above, filled tank and tested.

Toilets running and lav. sink clogged. Rebuilt both toilets with fill valve and flappers. Snake guest lav. and master bathroom lav. closet to door.Main line stoppage. Cabled through cleanout and opened line. Camera revealed severe root intrusion at approx. 50'. Estimate to replace root intruded section of sewer

Hose bib on reclaimed water systems must be in an approved lock box, Hillsborough County violation notice. Removed and exposed pipe and ball valve from reclaimed water supply. 90* x 90* return. Excavate site at east side of garage so 90* x 90* return will be under ground. Not responsible for back fill. Replace 3/4" hose bib for drain on water heater.

Cable sewer line via cleanout, camera line via cleanout. Found excessive grease in line. Recommend hydro-scrub Cable tub drain via overflow and waste assembly under sink. Cut drain for dipper well and ice tray. Run cable to clean sludge. Cable main sewer line via cleanout at street. Camera located root intrusion.

Cable the kitchen line 75' through the waste arm. Filled sinks and tested good. Put solution in. Toilet clogged. Closet auger quest toilet. Pulled out a diaper. Sewer backup. Found depression in backyard. Exposed orangeberg sewer and septic tank. Water seeping from pipe. Need to replace approx 10' of pipe from house to tank with PVC.

Cut out small section of waste arm under kitchen sink and installed small section of PVC with male adapter and bag trap. Tightened up nut on tail piece.

Two toilets clogged. Ran 6' auger through both bowls and cleared stoppages. Televise and locate of main line Cable the main line 75' through a hole previously put in the pipe. Camera line and located roots. Minor toilet rebuild and reset.

House is not draining. Snaked mainline from roof vent and pulled back severe paper build up from excessive paper use. Also snaked tub drain and removed paper. Garbage disposal side of kitchen sink back up. Cable line via waste arm. Cleared line and found rice in line.

Sink install. Installed hand sink with new faucet and indirect waste in kitchen by food prep area. Ran new supply hoses and mounted sink properly to stainless mount.

Sink install. Installed hand sink with new faucet, p-trap, and waste by drink fill station on west side of restaurant. Ran new supply hoses and mounted sink to wall using silicone and bolts. Installed customer supplied dip well by ice cream station.

Floor drain backed up. Cabled out floor drain by ice cream station and ran 15' of cable with Spartan 100, cleared stoppage. Large amount of grease buildup in line.

Ran indirect waste through wall out to floor drain and installed 38" water line to existing faucet. Tested faucet, needs to be replaced.

Install 50' of new sewer and tie into house. Rough plumb addition on back of existing house consisting of laundry room plus bathroom with one toilet, one sink, tub, and shower. Also installed two hose bibs.

Plant Hall #344 &244. Completed demo at #244 and hauled debris to dumpster. Installed new risers using PVC from 3rd floor down and insulated. Cut out excess galvanized water lines and capped. Tied in 2nd floor p-trap for condensation and lav. with insulation.

Phase 1: Install sanitary tee in existing cast iron stacks. Rough in drain lines for sink. Install wall hung Bradford sink. Re-route and cap off copper water lines. Install two water closet and urinal and two customer supplied flanges.

Locate water main to shut system down. Shut down and drain 1 1/2" copper water main on second floor. Replace emergency shut off valve with 1 1/2" pro-press ball valve.

Rough plumb addition on back of existing house consisting of laundry room plus bathroom with one toilet, one sink, tub, and shower. Also installed two hose bibs.

Main line stoppage. Cabled through toilet flange after removing toilet. Cleared stoppage. Camera revealed build up on walls. Estimate for branch line jetting, with clean out pre-exposed. Estimate to repair broken toilet flange

Cut out drywall chip in to wall, soldered 1/2" copper male and installed new seal colk.

Septic Pump Out. Opened and cleaned inlet and outlet ends and filter.

Excavated small section in yard. Exposed existing cleanout riser and discovered broken cleanout cap adjacent to riser. On top of riser tube was a plastic top to "Planters Peanuts" partially covering riser. Cabled through line downstream and broke through sand blockage. Camera revealed misc. debris in line. Flushed out line and post camera revealed a clean line. Installed new adapter and cleanout cap approx. 2" above grade. Backfilled and relayed existing sod.

Kitchen sink stoppage unit #813. Disconnect garbage disposal waste line. Due to hard piped trap configuration, access was limited. Cabled with Spartan hand held cable gun out to vent. Cleared blockage near vent stack. Re-installed garbage disposal waste lines and thread connect undersink fittings. Blockage caused by severely packed pipe with rice/pasta. Flushed line to test.

Install customer supplied kitchen faucet and garbage disposal with new basket strainer.
